rewrote my resume headline for every single application instead of reusing one and it's tedious but callbacks noticeably went up

Used to have one generic summary line at the top and just swap the bullet order underneath. Started rewriting that one line to mirror the actual job title and top requirement each time, maybe ninety seconds of extra work. Small change, bigger response rate than any bullet rewrite I tried before it.
