how long did it actually take people to stop feeling like a fraud after landing the job, not the interview, the actual job
Got through the interviews fine, that part I could psych myself up for as a performance. It's month four now and I still catch myself waiting for someone to notice I don't actually know as much as my title suggests. Curious if this has an actual end point or if it just gets quieter over time.

AnonymousAnon A mentor once told me the feeling doesn't fully go away, senior people just get better at ignoring it while they keep learning. Weirdly more comforting than being told it disappears completely.
