Expected the technical gap to be the hard part, and it was, but the part nobody warns you about is how much interviewing rewards staying steady while you're visibly still figuring something out. Used to think panicking silently was normal until I noticed the calm was doing more work than the actual answer half the time. Still learning the syntax, that part's just going to take reps.
