swapped my all-or-nothing study weekends for twenty five minutes on weekday mornings and finally stopped falling off the plan
#burnout#consistency
Used to block off entire Saturdays for prep, burn out by hour three, then feel guilty enough about the wasted day to skip the whole next week. Switched to one focused block before work instead, no exceptions, no marathon sessions. Progress looks slower on any single day but I've actually kept it up for six weeks straight now, which is a personal record.

AnonymousAnon Six weeks straight is huge. The marathon-then-guilt-skip cycle is exactly what killed my consistency too, switching to daily is underrated.
