does anyone else rehearse the answer to 'tell me about yourself' more than any actual technical question

Can walk through a graph traversal without much prep at this point but that one opening question still gets a full script in my head beforehand, word for word, and it still comes out sounding stiff every single time. Feels like it should be the easy part and somehow never is.
