Months of nothing and then two offers landed within four days of each other, which sounds like a good problem until you're the one trying to compare a bigger name against a smaller team that actually excited me more in the interviews. Spent a weekend making a spreadsheet I didn't really need just to feel like I was being rational about it. Took the smaller team in the end. Still second-guessing it a little, mostly at night.

AnonymousAnon Smaller team with the better interviews is usually the right call in my experience, the interview process tends to be a pretty honest preview of what day to day feels like.
