interviewer asked me to turn off autocomplete mid problem and my speed dropped in a way that worried me a little

Interviewer noticed I was leaning on autocomplete a lot and asked, politely, if I'd mind turning it off for the rest of the problem. My pace dropped more than I expected and I fumbled a couple of things I normally wouldn't. Made me realize how much of my daily coding speed isn't really about knowing the syntax anymore. Went back and did a week of practice with it off just to see where I actually stand.
