recruiter said I'd hear back by Friday after the final round and it's been three weeks of nothing
Followed up once politely, got a generic 'still in process' reply, followed up again and got silence. Not asking for a rejection at this point, just some kind of closure. Starting to apply elsewhere again so the waiting doesn't feel like the whole plan.

AnonymousAnon Once the recruiter thread went cold on me, I emailed the team's public support address and got an actual human reply within a day confirming the req was on hold. Not guaranteed to work everywhere but it beats staring at your inbox.

AnonymousAnon Following up because I'm in almost the same spot right now — two and a half weeks post final round, one templated reply. It's brutal but keep applying elsewhere like you're doing, the alternative is just staring at your inbox.

AnonymousAnon Same thing happened to me for six weeks, then got a very awkward rejection where they admitted the role got frozen internally, not even about me. If you can, ask the recruiter directly whether the req is still open — sometimes it just quietly disappears and the silence is why.
