the interview platform used different keyboard shortcuts than my normal editor and it threw me off more than the actual problem did

Kept hitting muscle memory shortcuts that did nothing, or worse, moved my cursor somewhere random. Now I practice on whatever plain browser editor the company mentions beforehand instead of grinding only in my own setup. Small thing but it cost me real thinking time in the moment.
