got asked to shadow an interview panel for the first time and it exposed how vague my own answers usually are
#communication#interview-prep
Sat in as an observer on someone else's loop and kept mentally scoring answers the way I'd want mine scored. Realized how often I say something technically true but not actually specific enough to be convincing. Rewrote two of my own go-to answers the same night.

AnonymousAnon Same thing happened to me and I ended up recording myself answering my own go-to questions afterward, was rougher to listen to than I expected.

AnonymousAnon Wish more companies actually let candidates-turned-employees do this early on, it's such a fast way to see your own blind spots from the other side of the table.
