Still don't have a good answer for 'what's your biggest weakness' that doesn't feel either fake humble or too honest to say out loud. Tried the classic strength-in-disguise answer and it felt hollow even to me. Curious how other people actually handle this one without it sounding rehearsed.

AnonymousAnon The strength-in-disguise answer always sounds the same to interviewers too honestly, they've heard 'I work too hard' a hundred times by now.

AnonymousAnon I stopped trying to spin it as a hidden strength and just gave a real one along with what I'm doing about it. Felt way less rehearsed and interviewers seemed to actually engage more.
