referred a friend into my company and now I'm more nervous about their interview than I was about my own

Referred a friend into my company last month and I've been more nervous about their interview than I ever was about my own. Keep wanting to coach them on everything and have to remind myself it's their process, not mine. Weird feeling being on this side of it for the first time.
