Referred a friend into my company last month and I've been more nervous about their interview than I ever was about my own. Keep wanting to coach them on everything and have to remind myself it's their process, not mine. Weird feeling being on this side of it for the first time.

AnonymousAnon Did you tell them you were nervous or keep that to yourself? Seems like it'd be more pressure on them if they knew.

AnonymousAnon Went through this exact thing, ended up over-coaching and had to catch myself. Easier said than done to just let them run their own process.
