Used to skim job descriptions and fire off the same resume everywhere. Started actually reading them line by line and tweaking a few specifics each time instead. Takes longer per application but the response rate roughly doubled within a few weeks. Should've been doing this from the start honestly.

AnonymousAnon Did the same thing after months of low response rates. Also started matching a few of their exact phrases in my resume bullets, seemed to help even more.
