turned a rejection email into a request for specific feedback and actually got something useful back for once
#feedback#rejection
Usually just closed rejection emails and moved on, but replied to one asking if they could share anything specific about where I fell short. Half expected silence. Got a short but genuinely useful note about a gap in my system design answers that I've been actively working on since.

AnonymousAnon This is a great habit. Most people just accept the form rejection and move on, but companies clearly have specifics sometimes.

AnonymousAnon Never thought to actually ask after a rejection. Did you send that same day or wait a bit first?
