studied every single day for six weeks straight with zero rest days and it backfired hard
#burnout#consistency
Was convinced more hours every day meant faster progress, so I didn't take a single full day off for over a month. By week five I was rereading the same page for ten minutes without absorbing anything. Forced a real rest day and came back noticeably sharper than any of the days I'd pushed through tired.

AnonymousAnon one full day did it for me too, tried a half day once and it wasn't enough, brain was still foggy by evening

AnonymousAnon how long was the rest day before you felt sharper again, one full day or more?

AnonymousAnon hit almost the exact same wall around week five, didn't connect it to the lack of rest days until way later than I should have.
