is it normal to feel like a fraud at your own job even after good performance reviews?
#career-growth#imposter-syndrome
Got a strong review last cycle, manager said good things, nothing hedged. Still walk into most meetings assuming someone's going to eventually notice I don't belong there. Logically I know the review was real. Doesn't seem to change the feeling much day to day.

AnonymousAnon The running note thing helps, but what actually shifted it for me was noticing the feeling shows up hardest right after a win, not a mistake. Once I clocked that pattern it started reading less like truth and more like a weird reflex.

AnonymousAnon Extremely normal apparently, based on how many people say the same thing. Doesn't make it less annoying in the moment though.
