started rotating mock interview partners instead of always practicing with the same person and the feedback got way more useful
Same partner for months meant we both knew each other's patterns too well, feedback got predictable. Found two other people prepping for different roles and we rotate weekly now. Getting critiqued by someone who doesn't already know my usual answers caught things my regular partner stopped noticing.

AnonymousAnon Our team's Slack has a pinned thread where people post when they're free for a mock, it's informal but it works better than I expected. Might be worth checking if your school or bootcamp cohort has something similar before hunting for randoms.

AnonymousAnon How do you find people for this without it being awkward? I never know where to even look for a rotating group that isn't just randoms off a discord.
