turned down an interview at a company doing something I don't believe in and don't regret it even during a slow job search

Recruiter reached out first, pay would've been solid, but the actual product made me uneasy enough that I said no before even scheduling a call. Slow month for responses otherwise so the timing stung a little, but I'd rather stay unemployed a bit longer than explain that job later.
