asked for feedback after a rejection and actually got something useful for once

Almost didn't send the email, figured it was a form rejection and nobody reads those replies anyway. Recruiter came back with one specific thing, my answers on tradeoffs sounded rehearsed instead of reasoned. Stung a little but way more useful than the usual silence. Wish more places did this.
