Last email I sent got a reply within a day, this one's been quiet for two weeks straight after what felt like a genuinely good final conversation. Part of me wants to send one more polite nudge, part of me thinks that just reads as desperate at this point. Curious what the actual etiquette is here.

AnonymousAnon I've had two go silent then come back a month later with an offer, so it's not always a no even when it feels like one. Following up once seems fair either way.

AnonymousAnon One more polite nudge after two weeks of silence is completely normal, I wouldn't overthink it. Worst case is no reply, same as now.
