switched my mock interviews to voice memos I review later instead of just winging feedback in the moment

Used to do mock interviews and just nod along to whatever feedback my partner gave in the moment, half of which I forgot by the next day. Started recording a voice memo of my own answer right after instead and listening back before the next session. Hearing myself ramble through a behavioral question is a special kind of uncomfortable, but I catch things now that nobody ever pointed out before.
