blanked on a question I'd answered correctly a dozen times before because the interviewer phrased it slightly differently

It was basically the same sliding window problem I'd drilled, just described in terms of a delivery route instead of an array. Took me a solid 20 seconds to even recognize it. Started practicing explaining problems out loud in totally different framings after that.
