is it normal to feel nothing when an offer finally comes in after months of nothing

I expected to be thrilled. Instead I just felt tired, like the relief hadn't caught up to the news yet. It took almost a week before it actually felt real and I could enjoy it. Curious if that delayed reaction happened to anyone else or if I'm just broken.
