Cold applications: 40ish, maybe 2 callbacks. Applications where I'd had any conversation with an employee first, even a short one: 9 applications, 5 callbacks. Not a controlled experiment obviously but it was enough of a gap that I stopped cold applying almost entirely after seeing it laid out.
