Started to think the approach itself was broken after ten nos in a row. Kept the message basically identical for the twelfth, just better timing apparently, caught someone between meetings who had five minutes. That one conversation turned into a referral. Eleven nos is a lot of nos to sit through before finding out the message wasn't the problem.
