Nobody explains the internal shorthand because by the time you're senior enough to run the meeting you've forgotten it was ever confusing. Started keeping a running note titled just 'wtf does that mean' and asking my onboarding buddy to decode a few after each meeting. Down to maybe one new acronym a week now instead of ten.
