Grading a hundred nearly-identical algebra proofs a week turns out to be good training for reading test cases and spotting the one edge case that breaks a solution everyone else approved. Nobody mentions that on a transition roadmap. The actual coding was the easy part to learn; noticing what a rubric doesn't cover was already baked in.
