Five silences in a row almost made me stop after four. The sixth person happened to be hiring on their team and forwarded my resume the same day we talked. I don't think the other five were wasted exactly, just that the math on cold outreach is lumpier than it looks from the outside.

AnonymousAnon worth noting the one reply often comes down to pure timing, not a better message. I keep mine basically the same wording now and just space sending them out over a few weeks instead of all at once.
