Stung to hear but it was accurate. I was fixing things quietly instead of surfacing them before they became fires, which looked like things just weren't breaking rather than looking like me catching them. Different skill than I thought I was being measured on.

AnonymousAnon ouch, but that's a specific enough piece of feedback to actually be useful. a lot of people get 'needs more visibility' which tells you nothing. yours gives you something concrete to practice.
