I wanted a straight answer about what to fix. Got a book instead and was annoyed for about a week. Finished it and realized it reframed three different situations I was stuck on without my manager having to spell any of them out directly.

AnonymousAnon I'd have been annoyed too honestly, direct feedback is just faster. but there's something to a manager trusting you to connect the dots yourself instead of being handed the answer.
