started using spaced repetition flashcards for my behavioral interview stories instead of a doc I reread the night before and it actually stuck this time

The doc approach meant I'd re-memorize the same five stories every interview cycle from scratch. Turned each story into a few flashcards — situation, decision, outcome, as separate prompts — and reviewed for five minutes a day instead of cramming. By the third interview the stories came out as conversation, not recitation.
