Pushed what I thought was a tiny config change. Error rate spiked within minutes. Panicked, pinged my manager, and he just said 'rollback doc's in the wiki, second link.' Six minutes later it was reverted and the postmortem was mostly about updating onboarding, not about me. Still think about how calm everyone was compared to how I felt.
